One page to fill in by hand: your medicines, allergies, doctors, pharmacy, and who to call, where your insurance cards and papers are kept, and anything first responders should know. Keep it by the phone or on the refrigerator, and update it when anything changes. An extra page holds more medicines if you take more than five.
